ABOUT THE CLUB Chartered on December 11, 1984 with 29 members under the sponsorship of the Winchester Rotary Club, with Joe Milner serving as our first President. In 1987 Jennie Thomas joined us, becoming our first female member, and quite possibly the first female rotarian in all of Tennessee. Shirley Tate became our first woman President in 1992.
