Since eBay placed a limit on shipping charges for books and other media which is lower than our cost of shipping them, we've been forced to pull most book listings from eBay.

Many of our book listings were so low in price that we could not subsidize the extra shipping cost with profits from book sales on eBay.

The folks at eBay suggested we add the extra shipping cost to the price of the book, or offer free shipping - which enables them to charge fees on shipping too. We prefer to list the shipping cost of an item separately from the purchase price - we think this is more fair, since you can see the true cost of the item and the shipping separately, and you can save the entire shipping cost if you pick up the item here since shipping cost is not hidden in the item price.
