Bold Venture Farm is a small family farm owned and operated by the Tim Stalnaker Family. We are located in Jackson County in Northeastern Middle Tennessee. We have honeybees, Dexter Cattle, a Jersey milk cow, chickens, a variety of dairy goats, Netherland Dwarf Rabbits, an English Shepherd, a Border Collie, a Mountain Feist, a Miniature Poodle, Persian Cats, Bashkir Curly Horses, Quarter Horses, a Tennessee Walking Horse, a mule...... I think that's all. We stay pretty busy taking care of our animals. Our aim with the bees, cattle, chickens, and milk producing animals is to provide healthy foods for our family, and hopefully have enough surplus to sell to others.
We hope that the pages of this website will give a glimpse of our family and the animals that we have. We also hope to provide information to others about what animals we have and why we chose them.
We are building on the farm now. The roof trusses are on the ground waiting to be hoisted up on the house. We are moving right along. We plan to be in the new house in the late summer of 2008.
